COVID RESPONSE

We will be following all CDC and State of Arizona guidelines and mandates in order to create the safest event possible for our attendees.

By procuring a ticket to the Casa Grande Entertainment Convention and entering the venue and its grounds, you voluntarily assume all risks of exposure to COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, and voluntarily waive all such related claims and potential claims against the Casa Grande Entertainment Convention, Terrestro, and their respective members, affiliates, officers, employees, attorneys, successors and assigns and all persons acting by, through, under or in concert with them.

WEAPONS/COSPLAY PROP POLICY

We encourages the use of props to complete your cosplay. Those props must be inspected and approved before entering the event as no functional props or prop weapons are allowed at the show. Here are some basic guidelines to keep in mind.

  1. As stated above, ALL costume props and weapons must be inspected upon entrance

  2. All costume props and weapons must conform to state and federal law.

  3. Projectile costume props and weapons must not be able to operate.

  4. Costume swords must not be metal or have a sharp edge.
